Saint Hubertus Resort was born from an unique and special idea, by our Architect, Savin Couelle and the owners Federico Maquignaz and Elena Neyroz.  Elena and Federico, a husband and wife team have a history of hoteliers and restaurant owners in their blood. They both, prior to this, owned wonderful restaurants.  Elena’s parents own the prestigious 5 star Hotel Hermitage of Cervinia.  Federico and Giuseppe owns the famous Tuktu  restaurant on the ski slopes of Cervinia.

Saint Hubertus Resort of Breuil Cervinia and Valtournenche, opened its doors for the first time in December 2009. It has a quiet elegance, with luxury apartments designed and furnished by the famous architect Savin Couelle. This brand new bio- resort was totally built using the best technology,  to conserve energy ( solar heating panels and pellet heating), all with  respect for the  nature and its surroundings. The radiant heating and the biological floor coverings,induction kitchens,  put Saint Hubertus in a unique and special position as one of  the only resorts this technologically advanced in the Alps.

Each corner and angle of this magnificent resort was placed by hand with care. Hours and hours of labor by artisans from all over Europe,  worked on every detail.  The magnificent  stone pillars brought to Saint Hubertus from  the island of Sardinia , the doors built  in beautiful woods and held together with iron sculpted hinges, the fine sand finished walls and arches were all meticulously shaped and graded.  Lamps, chairs and our elevators doors are all sculpted in steel  by the famous French artist François  Tevenin.   A dramatic  glass and steel staircase in the center of the main hall leads to the library with a 360 degree view of the Alps, and an amazing fireplace lit  to create a  warm and inviting sanctuary.

Saint Hubertus resort is a real oasis of comfort and wellness, situated in the midst of the pine forest of Cervinia, with apartments from 55 to 120 square meters .  Each apartment is decorated and furnished to a minimal detail. The large open stone fireplaces , the technological advanced kitchens, the bathrooms in luscious marble with the sinks carved by hand are the special characteristics in each apartment. Some of the apartments have warm wooden lofts to create a extra living room niche  to read,  relax  or sleep.

The Spa and Beauty center will open in the near future, with an original swimming pool that has  cross current jets of water, and waterfalls with idromassage pools, promises to be  spectacular. Then add the large picture windows looking out to the Matterhorn and  it becomes a little bit of heaven.  A Hamman in marble, two different saunas ( Bio, Finish ) jacuzzi, idromassagi, professional mud baths, special beauty treatments plus  fitness and gym center, will give all our clients their choice in wellness.
