Foreigners can hunt in Italy on private hunting grounds. The valle d’Aosta is one of the most impressive mountain areas in the world. In the heart of the Alps, home of the Matterhorn you can hunt Roe  deer, and alpine Chamois. The hunts are excellently organized by local professionals, that know very well the whereabouts of the animals. The scenery is breathtaking and the animals are truly trophy quality. The season is from the 1st of September to the 30th of November.

The hunting trip  is  for a suggested minimum  stay of 6 nights, as hunting is not allowed in the Valle on Tuesday’s and Friday’s. The best time to arrive is on a Sunday,  to give you ample time for observation the days you cannot hunt.  Hunting, can be a great way to visit Italy, as the non hunters can relax and sightsee, Milan, Turin and the capital of the region Aosta,  which is an ancient Roman city.

Hunting is done by stalking ( walking and hiking). Lodging will be in the beautiful Saint Hubertus Resort named after the Saint of hunters. This resort is a brand new luxury residence with hotel service.

Price per person:   1800, 00 euro,  6 nights

Price Includes:
- Breakfast in the hotel, lunch in the field, dinner in the resort ( wines not included)

- Lodging in exclusive luxury apartments in the resort,  double occupancy
- 1 Professional hunter , 1 hunter
- 6 kili  of meat to take home

Guide Tip: In a successful hunt with the animal recuperated, a tip to the guide is due.

- Trophy packing and shipping
- 1500 euro  rate for trophy,  (this rate is a mandatory payment at the time of reservation, and is a deposit on your animal).  The 1500 euro deposit is not refundable.

Non Hunter Price per Day: 150 euro’s

Includes stay in apartment double occupancy  with half board ( breakfast and dinner). If non hunters want to observe the hunt please add 40 euro’s a day. Includes drive and lunch evening dress is casual at the resort.

*Hunters are not certain that they will have their animals,   animals shot and hurt but not found are the same as if hunted.
Payment: Payment of 50% of the total stay and 1500 euro payment  for the  trophy fee,  are due on confirmation with the balance due 60 days prior to the hunt
